From Secret Harbor
A student had made a poor decision that resulted in him owing a sizeable amount of restitution and community service. After he received these consequences, he resolved to turn things around. He started working to pay off his restitution, made an effort to complete his community service and made behavioral changes to show he could be a productive member of society. Knowing his discharge date was drawing near, the young man made an effort to attend and participate in the driver's education course provided through the Secret Harbor Education Program. With the help of financial assistance from InvestED, this young man earned his drivers permit. This enabled him to have more opportunities to obtain summer work so that he can successfully complete the responsibilities he has to the community.
